  • Conduct structural opex / cost-to-serve reviews

  • Model and improve sales / operational productivity

  • Identify and remove non-performing layers / processes

  • Assess and implement offshore / outsourced / nearshore models (when appropriate)

  • Stabilise and grow recurring / predictable revenue streams

  • Improve customer retention / reduce churn

  • Increase EBITDA multiples through operational discipline and metrics

  • Professionalise board / investor reporting and governance
